Vail is one of the most well-loved ski resorts in the world, it has something to offer for everyone. The beginner areas are spacious, with top-to-bottom runs that are sure to amaze. Advanced skiers tend to enjoy the Blue Sky Basin area, it has its own playground of undulating hills and evergreen groves. Beaver Creek is more laid-back, with a higher percentage of beginner and intermediate terrain. It’s also home to one of the greatest expert runs in the world, Birds of Prey. It is a super-steep runway that forms an exhilarating course for annual World Cup Ski races.

Rooms are guaranteed after 4 PM on Sunday, January 14th. If you arrive earlier, the hotel can store your bags until your room is ready.
After checking in, you can explore the village, dine at the neighboring restaurants, visit other travelers and pick up any rental ski and snowboard equipment. There’s a convenient ski and snowboard valet inside the hotel.
Meet and Greet
The trip begins with a 8 PM meet & greet welcome reception at the hotel. You’ll receive lift passes, information about the week and meet your fellow Colorado Bums.
Trip leaders send out a daily itinerary, with additional up-to-the-minute text-message announcements for all participants.
Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa at Beaver Creek
This resort hotel has its own gondola to the slopes of Beaver Creek, and a complimentary shuttle to Vail Village. Enjoy an on-site restaurant and a pool. Also included is hot tubs, and a fitness center and spa.
This trip includes two multi-course dinners at stylish restaurants, including the award-winning Maya Restaurant within the hotel. The cost of food is included; you’ll only pay for whatever you drink. Breakfasts are not included; the hotel offers casual grab and go each morning.
The on-mountain food is tasty, make sure to stop and try the gourmet options available.
