Ozarks Red Ribbon Ride Aids: May

Gay Travel for Good: The month of May is synonymous with outdoor events, and the AIDS Project of the Ozarks is expecting to have its most successful event to date. The 15th annual Ozarks Red Ribbon Ride is set for this Saturday, May 19, at southeast Springfield.

The AIDS Project of the Ozarks has organized the bike ride to raise money to help provide education to the general public and services to persons with HIV infection, their families, and significant others throughout the years. Ozarks Red Ribbon Rides had already raised more than $200,000 since 2004.

Cyclists can choose to ride in either the 17, 30, 36 or 50 mile rides that begin at 8:30 a.m. The 7 mile ride begins @ 10:30 am. Come join us today!
