o&a once again takes over the Aveda Institute of St Pete for a luxurious evening of indulgence!

our evening retreat will consist of a one-hour massage, followed by a one-hour facial, then a relaxing mingle with food and beverage.

your one-hour massage will be a customized experience based upon the aveda elemental nature philosophy and your favorite aveda aroma. depending upon your needs, a variety of massage techniques will be utilized including swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, and reflexology.

your one-hour facial will be customized in an aveda elemental nature consultation. with input from your spa consultant, you will choose one of the following treatments to restore your skin to a healthy balance: green science skin-renewing treatment, enbrightenment discoloration treatment, outer peace acne relief treatment, tourmaline radiance botanical skin resurfacing treatment, or elemental nature facial.
