help us support creative clay, a wonderful local nonprofit cultural arts center which makes the arts accessible for everyone, regardless of age, gender, ability and/or race. join us for “o&a lanes for change” bowling event, raising money for creative clay while having a fun-filled afternoon of bowling and camaraderie with creative clay’s member artists and staff!
since 1995, creative clay has been providing local artists with developmental, physical and/or emotional disabilities an opportunity to pursue their passion for art making. its offerings include studio and community based activities for exploring unique personal realities in an inventive, professional environment, and it promotes the work of its member artists through bimonthly art exhibitions in its downtown gallery and various public venues throughout the greater Tampa Bay region.

when, where, what…
what’s included: each donor receives up to 3 hours of bowling, shoes & ball rental, and is eligible for raffle prizes!
when: meet up at 12:45pm, bowling starts at 1:00pm, prizes awarded at 4pm
where: sunrise lanes, 6393 9th st. n., st. petersburg, directions & map
cost/donation: all profits benefit creative clay, contribute what you can in denominations starting at $25 (if able to contribute more than $45 click on multiple ‘add to cart’ buttons)

as part of its commitment to bring the community closer together in positive ways, o&a kicks off its partnership with creative clay with this fundraiser, and also encourages those interested to volunteer at creative clay — a number of enriching opportunities are available, including assisting member artists in the studio, helping with special exhibits or creative clay festivals, serving as a greeter in creative clay’s new cakewalk art gallery, or assisting with other administrative tasks. volunteer orientation occurs every last tuesday of each month at 3 pm at creative clay, 1124 central ave., st. petersburg. for more information on volunteer opportunities, click here.

This was a terrific event!! I am not a bowler and had a great time meeting everyone from the Creative Clay family and Outings and Adventures crew, rolling my ball into the gutter, and – finally – bowling a strike! Everyone was laughing, having fun, and supportive of each other.

What an awesome afternoon! Who knew it could be so much fun bowling a 28? It was great to meet and play with the creative clay artists. So nice to see the book club in another environment and to meet more adventurers. Thank you Barbara!
