cancellation policy

in order to continue to partner with top quality vendors and bring our o&a members the best values on events, all sales are considered final, and refunds cannot be issued. o&a guarantees its vendors minimum numbers and/or deposits, upon your registration those funds are transferred to our vendors, food has been purchased and space reserved.

however, circumstances beyond our control may require that we cancel events. for example, outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. should it be determined that inclement weather would degrade the event experience the event will be cancelled. for any event we cancel all registrants would receive a 100% refund within 36 hours of scheduled event. also, please be sure to have current phone number attached to your paypal invoice so we may contact you in case of last minute event changes.

we are not responsible for issuing a refund if you show up to an event where the location was changed and all participants were notified by phone and either you did not give us your phone number or the number you provided was not accurate.
