Once again we hit the sandy shores of downtown St. Pete for O&A Beach Party & Paddle Boarding…volleyball, frisbee and other beach games along with Stand Up Paddle Boarding.
Like our first SUP Event, no prior paddle boarding experience is necessary, however, this event is a prerequisite to our more intimate, limited space and experience required Davis Island/Harbour Island/Downtown Tampa/University of Tampa/Performing Arts Center/Rick’s on the River Stand Up Paddle Boarding Event October 24th.
Brody Welte, the creator of Stand Up Fitness will lead instruction. It’s a great workout that everyone will enjoy. All equipment, food, water and games are provided….all you do is show up (after you’ve registered).

YES! I had a lot of fun on thr first time around.
A special shout out to all the women who will be joining us for this event! You will be among the first to splash off (literally!) our new gay women’s division of O&A! Robert and I are thrilled to have you, and you can be sure that we’ll have a blast at this event. Who doesn’t like fun at the beach?
And who doesn’t want to try paddle boarding?? (Come on, I dare you!) I’ll see you there — and tell your friends — we’d love to have them, too!
