A cross between a kayak and a surfboard,  is the ultimate aerobic workout and most importantly is a lot of fun! These stable and buoyant boards make learning Stand Up Paddling (SUP) easy and accessible. Whether you are an avid kayaker, surfer or don’t spend much time on the water at all, SUP is suitable for all ages and skill levels. You can paddle anywhere there is water – oceans, lakes or rivers.

While watching others master the craft of SUP, we will be lounging on the beach and playing sand volleyball.

when: 11:00am until 2:00pm

what: all equipment and full instruction provided by Stand Up Fitness creator Brody Welte. also food, snacks and bottled water provided.

where: downtown St Petersburg, exact directions and location to be emailed to participants on Thursday, August 13th.
