Mind & Body Workshop, ‘Ecstasy, Movement & Desire’
February, 15 Watch for Future Workshops!
Be good to yourself.
Ecstasy is often just a breath or a stretch away, but this illusive human experience causes us to go on all kinds of wild-goose chases to obtain it.
The purpose of this workshop is to explore our ideas and behavior in the pursuit of various kinds of ecstatic states. We’ll do some fun brainstorming and easy experiments with movement and breath.
We’ll seek to clarify how desires for fulfillment are expressed and satisfied in the body, and
and move towards personal definition of pleasure and ecstasy that works.
Led by Anthony Quaglieri, Ph.D., psychotherapist, and Roger McKeever, yoga and movement teacher.
O&A is excited to join in as Tony and Roger lead us through their very special workshop.
WHAT TO WEAR: Loose fitting clothes as one would wear to work out or take yoga.
WHERE TO MEET: The Lotus Room, 1101 W. Kennedy Blvd, Tampa Complete directions
TIME: Meet up at 12:45, class begins at 1:00PM commencing at 4:00PM
COST: $35 pp

Thank you so much Roger & Tony for a wonderful workshop. I have been searching for an event like this without even knowing it. The community building was absolutely apparent and the setting perfect. I look forward to a similar event in the near future (hint, hint). Thank you again, Nameste. Sergei.
Total bummer…I missed it!
I personally admire the work of both Tony & Roger individually, I can only imagine the two talents teaming up.
When's the next workshop???
We couldn’t have asked for a better group of 15 guys to show up at our first workshop together. I learned a lot and had a great time leading with Roger. It seemed like everyone challenged himself to get something out of the experience. It was a great to see gay men coming together to explore desire, pleasure, and movement in a safe and fun environment. Planning for the a repeat of this workshop is underway!
