Roof Top Sunset Yoga

This yoga class is for all levels, never done yoga and wanted to try, this is your opportunity! We will be led my yoga teacher Roger McKeever through a one hour flow yoga class at sunset while perched 8 stories up with the downtown skyline as our backdrop. Roger’s classes are exhilarating, grounded, spirit-filled and playful. The class will be timed so that the sun will be setting just off the horizon as we complete our yoga practice.

Where: Downtown Tampa
Exact location, parking and check in details will be emailed to you upon registration.

What to wear:
Comfortable work out clothes allowing you freedom of movement.

What to bring:
A positive attitude, open mind and a beach towel.

What’s provided:
One hour class, yoga mat, bottled water during class, light refreshments following class and a $5 off coupon to attend Roger’s Gay Men’s Yoga Class held monthly at the Lotus Room, for first time students only.

Time: 7:00PM class begins promptly at 7:15pm with sunset at 8:14
Cost: $19.99 per person
